This is the competition form used for wushu competitions nowadays.

It is more explosive than Xingyiquan, though I feel that xingyiquan looks more stable.
Each has their own different styles, their own principles (though they may share some common ones). But at the end of the day, it is not the style that is good, but rather how well/hard the practitioner trains.
